Whenever possible, we will match at least two data points of identifying information provided by the consumer with personal information we already hold. However, more data points may be required depending on the information requested. We do not collect sensitive personal information unless necessary. For online deletion requests, we use a two-step process in which consumers first submit a deletion request and then separately confirm their desire to delete their personal information. For disclosure and deletion requests, we will acknowledge receipt of the request within 10 days and provide information about how the business will process the request. We will then respond within 45 days, subject to an additional 45-day extension upon notice to you.
